One of our favorites as no tools are required for simple adjustments. The Larsen handstop is ergonomically form fitted for left and right handed shooters and made from a light weight but extremely durable polymer. It fits the hand properly and can be easily adjusted. 

These hand stops will also fit the factory Izhmash rifle rails by a simple modification of the clamping piece. If you want to up grade your Izhmash sling to a larsen or Anschutz sling, this handstop will simply allow you to do that without replacing the rail on your rifle.
